Your Responsibilities

  • Motion & Video Content: Conceptualization and execution of 2D animations, motion graphics, and short-form video content

  • Content Production: Independent shooting, editing, and finalizing of video and visual content

  • Visual Design: Design of social media assets, website elements, newsletters, and pitch decks

  • Product Support: Close collaboration with the product team to create UI animations, micro-interactions, and iconography for app

  • Trend Awareness: Identifying trends early and leveraging them strategically to increase reach and engagement

  • Asset Optimization: Creatively repurposing existing material and maximizing the potential of our assets

  • Performance Monitoring: Supporting the team in tracking content performance and deriving optimization opportunities

Your Skillset

  • End-to-end execution of content and ad campaigns across visual and video formats

  • Development of storyboards, layouts, and animations to support content and website projects

  • Fast, structured working style without compromising quality

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and tools like Canva, Figma and Flora

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Claude, Gemini)  or a strong drive to adopt them quickly and integrate them into your workflow

  • Startup mindset: pragmatic, solution-oriented, with a strong sense of when speed matters and when attention to detail is required

  • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

What You Bring

  • Strong passion for video, motion design, and social media

  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with and for older adults; you enjoy cross-generational collaboration and care about making technology accessible for people of all ages

  • Ideally up to 2+ years of professional experience in a comparable role
    (social media, content, creative industry)

  • Independent, reliable working style, even under pressure

  • High willingness to learn and genuine interest in complex, socially relevant topics such as AI, cognitive support, and aging

  • Curiosity and initiative to explore AI tools and make them part of your creative process

  • Strong instinct for storytelling, audiences, and visual communication
